Notes This guide has information on making a request for classrooms, labs, and building entrances. Classrooms use a different process than the other two requests, so make sure to follow the correct guide. Requesting Access to a Classroom 1. Go to https://www.mu.edu/coe-access/. You will be redirected to a Qualtrics form. 2. The website should look like the below screenshot. Verify you're on the correct page before proceeding. 3. After completing the survey, you will be given a message saying "Your response has been recorded." This message means the form is complete, and the access request has been given to the member of staff listed in the form. 4. The member of staff/faculty should review the access request, and forward it to coetech@marquette.edu if they accept the request.  5. Once the request is forwarded to COETECH, a ticket will be created automatically. We will give the user access and reply back as soon as possible. Requesting Access to a Lab or Building Entrance (Haggerty/EHall/Cramer) 1. Go to https://help.coetech.marquette.edu 2. Click the "Request a Service" button on the home page. The button is shown below. 3. Click the "Access and Identity Management" tab on the left side of the screen and click on "MUID Card Access".   4. Fill out the form on the page the button brings you to. Here is what the form should look like. 5. Once the form is filled out, a ticket will be created automatically. We will give the user access and reply back as soon as possible.
